'Walking Around' photography is likely to be an ongoing component of this blog. The moment I set foot outside my home, things get interesting instantly. Calm but wacky driving, gentle lawlessness and all forms of commerce is conducted on every square-inch of this city.

This fellow is perfect for playing a gangster in a Kung Fu movie.




This is Sambo, age 46. The only elephant not killed in the city
of Phnom Pehn by Khmer Rouge in 1975. Sambo is being walked home
with his, "mahout" after a normal days work providing rides at Wat
Phnom Park in central Phnom Penh.
