CITADEL LTD: On The Cutting Edge of Midevel Metellurgy.

Not far from Phnom Penh International Airport resides a company called, "Citadel". This is a 100 person firm that fabricates beautifully hand-crafted knives, daggers and swords. The technique they use is not unlike the process mastered over 500-years ago - and cannot be replicated by any contemporary high-speed factory. Their clientèle consists of martial artists, collectors, hunters and security companies.

Starting with steel imported from France, they heat, cut, fashion and sharpen into some of the most interesting cutlery I have ever seen.
